Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your artwork! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review the policy below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of:

• The artwork
• The packaging
• The shipping box and label

We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.

Original Artwork

Unless specifically identified as an original, all artwork sold through Shelby Stroud Studio is produced as high-quality archival reproductions. Original mixed-media artworks are one-of-a-kind and are sold separately.
